Commit to self care
My approach to therapy is based in person-centered ideology. You are the expert about yourself, and my role is to collaborate with you to determine how therapy can best meet your needs. I will work with you to create a plan for therapy that feels personalized and realistic, meeting you where you are today. Whether you want to start working on self-growth for the next several years, or simply schedule a few sessions to get through a tough moment in your life, I want to assist you in meeting those goals.
Therapy is an investment, not just financially but also emotionally. In order for it to be most effective, I believe it is critical to find a therapist who is the right fit for you. Whether our work together lasts just one consultation call, or for several years, I applaud you for making these first steps towards committing to your wellness.
